Quail Run is a development of 94 townhouses located off Russell Street in West Woburn near the Lexington line. Set well back from the busy streets of Woburn, the six clusters—Johnson’s Grant, Saw Mill Brook Way, Kendall’s Mill, Michael’s Green, Douglass Green, and Vine Brook Way—are in a quiet, natural setting with shade trees and mature planting and adjacent to Mary Cummings Park conservation land. The property includes a tennis court and a heated outdoor swimming pool.
Quail Run is a short drive from Burlington Mall, Market Basket, Whole Foods, Wegmans, L.L. Bean, Lahey Clinic, and numerous shops and restaurants in Lexington and Woburn. Downtown Boston is easily accessible via Route 93.
The Quail Run Condominium Trust is administered by a five-member Board of Trustees elected by the owners. The property is managed by The Dartmouth Group.
The entrance to Quail Run is located off Russell Street about halfway between the Woburn Four Corners intersection on Cambridge Street (Route 3) and the Middlesex Turnpike/Lowell Street in Lexington. Click here for a link to Google Maps.
